Make sure you are using the latest version of NannyPay2 by selecting “Check For Updates” under the “Help” menu (Windows) or the “NannyPay2” menu (Mac). To re-register your software, you can use the original “License Name” and “License Key” you received from us, or contact techsupport@nannypay.com and we will be pleased to re-send your registration key.
