NannyPay2 Desktop Windows Update Error 5

When I try to update my Windows installation of NannyPay2 Desktop, the installation fails and I receive an Error 5 Access Denied error, what do I do?

Typically, this error occurs when the application is not properly closed before installing the update. To correct the the problem, close NannyPay2 before running the installer. If you have difficulty closing the NannyPay2 application, run the Windows Task Manager and “End Task” the application called “FileMaker Pro Runtime (32 bit)”.  You can identify this entry by the NannyPay icon. Once NannyPay2 has closed, the update installer should complete without error.
