Your purchase of an annual NannyPay subscription, and use of NannyPay software or the Cloud web application, are subject to the applicable NannyPay Software License Agreement and these Terms and Conditions of purchase.

NannyPay is licensed on an annual (365 day) subscription basis.  For your convenience, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of its then current annual term, and every year thereafter, until you cancel.  Your credit card on file will be billed on your annual renewal date.  If a renewal payment fails to process, additional attempts will be made.   Renewal rates are subject to change.

Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you agree that we do not have to provide you with any notices prior to each annual renewal payment.  Nevertheless, we will attempt to notify you by email before your subscription auto-renews, to provide you  time to cancel that renewal before it occurs.  You can opt-out of this auto-renewal process at any time, or cancel your subscription, by emailing us.  Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the refund period expires.

You may request a full refund of your initial purchase, or of any renewal purchase, within 14 days of your order.  Cancellation of an annual renewal subscription, made after 14 days is non-refundable and your subscription will continue until the end of its current subscription term.  Thereafter, your subscription will not renew.

Essentia Software reserves the right at any time to limit access to, modify, change or discontinue the NannyPay software, Cloud application, and/or updates with or without notice to you, and you agree we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance of the software, Cloud application, or our update services.  Moreover, your use or updating of NannyPay may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications. You agree that we will not be responsible for any delays, failures or other damage resulting from such problems or delays.
